--------------------------------Additional Info-------------------------------
This is a compilation of the evolution of my personal car, which I use when
I drive a pilot named Markus Rotter ;)

In 1996 was my first attempt in making a personal car. It was in the age where
patching was only possible with Trevor Kellaway`s Jam-Tool and this car replaced
the Larrousse-Team, due the Cockpitcolor fitting best with the livery.
I first saw this colorsheme in the Simulation "Indianapolis 500" by Electronic
Arts (Teo Fabi`s 1989 indy 500 car) and really liked it. Unfortunately that car
couldn`t be taken and so I had to wait for a good editor for Microprose`s
Formula 1 GP to make this wish come true.
Later the design was retaken for Indycar Racing I & II and finally made it`s
debut in Gp2.
All in all nothing special at that moment, but it fitted good into the low
detailed standart carset of GP2.

In 1997 Pat Painters`s 1997 carset was a true revolution and set a new standard
in livery designing. Good editors where made and the patching community was on
the top. Truly the "golden era" of GP2.
It took me quite some time to make the car looking that good and fitting into
the great 1997 carset by PP. I also liked the snake on the 1997er Jordan,
so I decided to make that car a little bit more "snakey".

In 1998 I just added some decals for better fitting the theme.

In 1999 I noticed that all cars had smaller car numbers and so I changed them
to fit in the new carsets. I also made 19 other cars for my first F1GP-carset,
which was never released. For this purpose I created the Minare-Team logo.

In 2000 I added the vains due all teams had them and I found a place for the
nice RDA logo from the 1996er Minardi.

In 2001 there was only some more decal adding action.

In 2002 I changed the sidepods and decided to make the car a little bit more
green.

In 2003 I used the additional green for a further small design change.

In 2004 - 2005 where no updates. I was happy with the design and it fitted
quite well into all carsets.

In 2006 I finaly revised my F1GP carset for a release at last and used the
new standard for the number positions. No other changes on the car.

In 2007 Fridtjof Knirsch announced that he wanted to make a new community
carset and due I never joined such projects I wanted to contribute this time.
I totally redesigned the car (I wanted to contribute something totally new)
and was pretty happy with the design. I also used the car for my F1GP Part 2
carset, which was also released that year.
For better fitting the 2007 carshape I updated this car in 2009 a little bit
based on the 2009er car (Minarae2007_2).

Until 2008 I stayed at the "classic" painting style. But finally I wanted to
try something new and so I combinded the classic style with the modern style.
The outcome was an update of my carset completing car Simtek and I was very
pleased with the car. Due I just loved the classic Minarae livery (a Ferrari
must be red and a Minarae green) and another Fancarset was on the roll, I
decided to also update the Minarae car with the new painting style and
designed it for fitting the new 2008er shape by nl.

In 2009 I once more wanted to go for something new.
Well, to be honest I have a raw draft of this car for my currently WIP and
unreleased final F1GP Part 3-carset and I liked the combination of the 2007er
& 2008er liveries pretty much. So here it is, the actual 2009er livery!
The green stayed, with more black and less white and fitting the nl 2009
carshape, we are ready for a stunning season ;)

The 2010er version was made while running the Grand Prix World Championship
(GPWC) series, a fictional series where players did not drive but where the
teammanagers. I wasn`t sure how the 2010er version should look like, but due
I used the 2008er in the first season of this series, it fitted quite well.
I changed the shape of all parts of the rear wing for a better fitting into
the nl sets, I also switched some other bodyparts for a visible change
compared to the 2008er version.
Now I finally got rid of the old BP logo on the front wing, I tried a TAG
Heuer logo some years ago, but I wasn`t happy. This time on of my drivers
(Mark Rugen) had them as driver sponsor and so I tried it again and I am
pleased now. In the GPWC version, there is also a Mercedes logo instead the
Misfire, but I won`t include this version here.

While I was running a race in 2011 on Salzburg Ring with the GP2Fans2007-carset I
decided to switch back to the black Minarae-livery and improve it for best
fitting into actual carsets and their standards.
All in all I am very pleased with the work and will use it for this year`s
Fanset, if there is any.

2012 was another switchback to the original green/white livery with a few
adaptions. Due I wasnt able to play GP2 at this moment, this one was not
released.

In 2013 I managed to get GP2 running again and briefly made a 2013er version
to have some fun. This version is greener than ever with black wings.

I hope you like the history and of course the car(s) :)
