The team is pleased that Heinz-Harald made the most of the opportunities presented in the race to grab 5th place, especially after qualifying in 16th place. Stefano continues to improve and he is getting close to the points. It's only a matter of time till he scores.

Ferrari: this is an unbeliavably bad season, from all points of view. The drivers are unguilty, since they have to perform daily miracles to keep the car on road. The car is just... slow, unreliable, heavy. We look forward to 1994 championship, and that's it.
Lotus: it's going better than last championships. At least, we got some points with Michele, and both Michele and Alex are doing their best with what they are driving (which is so and so...).

At current state there won`t be a Fondmetal-team in 1994 and the team officially searches for a buyer or big investor.

After some problems Eric finally found his speed but unfortunately is not able to finish the races due reliability problems. It is still very tough to get the car(s) on the grid and the team must lower it`s goals after the first half of the season. The current goal is to qualify and finish races as often as possible.

After good qualifying in Canada, Stefano was unfortunate to be the victim of a transmission failure.
We had high hopes for H-H after his 5th place on the Magny Cours grid. However it was to be an afternoon of heartbreak as he retired whilst in 2nd. That would have been an extremely valuable result in terms of leapfrogging Ligier and securing more funding for next season. We can't chastise H-H, only encourage him. He's shown what he's capable of - as has Stefano - and the team continues to show we can be just off the pace of the big boys.
